Nothing personal, but I hope your season continues to tank. And that you don't have two returns for touchdowns, and that my teams kicker doesn't miss 3 FGs this coming game.

Unless you've read every word in every post on these forums, you're not fit to post on here....

See how ridiculous you sound?

Not one to criticize, as I know this is a tough job (I did power rankings in BBB5 and tabulated the Pro Bowlers and MVPs from votes) but this list perplexes me. These are the stats for the winners (Tackles, Int, PD)

Beals - (122/4/35)
Downe - (88/2/26)
BEAST - (84/6/60)
DeWitt - (57/3/48)

I am assuming tackling numbers were the main factor in selecting these players, but you have to consider the position they are playing. If a CB it making that many tackles it means 1 of 2 things: 1) They missed the assignment, let the receiver catch the ball, and made the tackle. 2) Their D-Line and LB are not doing their job and the runner consistently makes it to the CB. Your choices just perplex me. BEAST is a reasonable choice, but I do not see how the other 3 were chosen over so many (in my eyes) more deserving players.

IMHO, PD and Int are much more indicative of a CB's value, in which case I would have chosen:

Mike McPick-Six - Hobbs Gerbil Wranglers (47/4/40)
Coach Conrad - Hobbs Gerbil Wranglers (55/8/39)
I AM A BEAST - West Coast Llama's (84/6/60)
Asafa Powell - Fremont Warriors (34/6/22) in just 9 games. Expanded to 16 games, it would be (60/11/39)

okay, if PD's are most important to you...

Why is it that Dewitt isn't on your list?

I had Beast who was first with 60. Dewitt with 48 (who was 2nd).

Then Beals, who had 35, but also a shit load of tackles, including 4 INT's and a FF.

Then you're last one is Asafa.. and he may have gotten it, but he did not play 9 games.

and hten Downe, who had 26 PD's, 80 something tackles, 2 INt's, 2 FF,

Just wanted to say... Stone Hands was a great pick... he was the only Offense the Llamas had against the TMW in the playoffs...

Huh? He played in only 9 games in BBB #4 and still tied for the conference lead in INT .

His point with CB is that higher tackles could indicate a cb who's man is open and catches the ball not exactly what you'd want. It's also difficult to compare tackle for defensive players on a team that play a larger number of defensive plays(usually a losing team) and or a team where the rest of the team misses large numbers of tackles or is slow to get to the ball(again usually a losing team). Beast is good, he ranks Dewitt lower(probably slightly) due to his low number of ints. You can make a good case to drop Beals and Downe considering the teams they're on and their pd/ints.
