There are, by my counting, 20 CPU teams in leagues #1-#22.
Then in the other three there are a total of just 7 active teams (plus 5 who's owners are completely inactive).
Hence, housing these teams, even all 12, would not be a problem, and we could easily get rid of three leagues.
Realistically, almost 100 new teams entering leagues 23, 24 and 25 now would not be practical, the new season is too close IMO.

Im not sure why that is though.....there is a waiting list to own a pee wee team, its in the 200's so that would take care of the CPU problem. Just might not have enough players to field the teams since there are quite a few teams that are human owned that dont have full rosters.

Edit, Not that many, it seems now with teh schedule out that teams got counted twice so its probably half that. I dont feel like editing my program now so we';ll just say its a lot
