Im not sure why that is though.....there is a waiting list to own a pee wee team, its in the 200's so that would take care of the CPU problem. Just might not have enough players to field the teams since there are quite a few teams that are human owned that dont have full rosters.

My worry is that at this point, any new team wouldn't have the chance to sign up enough of a roster to compete with some teams.
I mean, if they were put in a league together, fair enough they'd all be starting for a level playing field, but if you look at the team I DC for, and the others who have experience from last season and a full roster already in #23 and below, they'd be playing catch up from the start, which would be a waste of their money on paying for the season.
Even if Bort is just forgetting to run the new owner script, it would be logical to put the 'good' teams, so to speak in the already complete leagues, so that newly created teams aren't hamstrung from the word go. This surely wouldn't be impractical, it really is just a matter of areound 10 teams, who would only be replacing CPU teams anyway.
Edit, Not that many, it seems now with teh schedule out that teams got counted twice so its probably half that. I dont feel like editing my program now so we';ll just say its a lot

The popularity of Pee Wee is dropping by the day.. I believe it's time for a some sort of system.
