not all the teams are trying to win the scrimmages they are in, sometimes they are just for testing. i think the only realistic way of looking at the competitiveness between wepl and other conferences is how well we do in tournaments like these.

True. But it's not like other leagues are always trying either. If you're talking about 10 games, yeah it probably doesn't mean anything because anyone could be dogging it or setting weird tactics at any time. But if you're talking about 150 games, that gives the statistic a lot more power, and it's much more likely to mean something.

Nonetheless, I gotta agree with the others. Not having a top 10 team really hurts us as well.

We will play this games the same way we play all scrimmage games - no gameplaning, testing some stuff and new things. regardless if this is a tourney or not.

That's what I have a hard time doing as well. I try hard as hell to get games vs top teams, usually getting rejected or blown off. Then when I finally get a game I end up loading the gameplan for the following game or leaving the one from my previous games with some designed plays mixed in for testing. I don't know how I can gameplan for scrimmages or even tourneys when quite honestly I'm getting burnt out gameplanning for regular season games.

U just summed up the reason why i sold my team 2 seasons ago.

what I really need to do is get (and accept) more help. I have my hands all over everything and allowing GM's to do more would help me alot. But I have a hard time relinquishing control. I'm a bad boss sometimes and a worse agent..lol

haha, then you're assuming I'd unlock the cage and let them out. I told ya I was a bad boss!

Not gonna lie, I'll probably put a decent effort into gameplanning for the team we play since we probably have the most to prove of any WE Pro team in that tourney. I don't want to let down WE PRO by getting blown out by a top USA team, thus confirming everyone's complaints about having 9 teams in from WEPRO.

Can you believe that the West Scranton Invaders, who nagged Bort to move from OPL to USPL so they could have more competitive games, are thinking of pulling out of the tournament because they think it will be too much gameplanning, etc...

In any case, the groups are supposed to be announced later tonight.
