I find it a little strange that you would accept advice from someone that has no players above level 1. Still I guess that is the nature of the internet.

He didn't get attacked. His advice got rejected. Big difference.

Questioning someone`s ability to give advice rather than the advice itself seems to me be an attack on the person. But then I am probably too sensitive or polite for the digital age, it appears that rudeness, bullying and put downs are the order of the day.

I try to look at any advice that I can find, weigh it against other sources to see which seems the best and make my choices based on it. I would have thought that was quite a reasonable way to proceed when you are new to a game.

Fair enough.
You could try to find a dominate player of position you are trying to build and pm that agent. Often times, with the right approach, people are willing to offer a helping hand. Please understand, the GLB message boards are riddled with folks that will intentionally provide horrible "advice". I'm not necessarily suggesting that is the case here, but it does happen.
If you like, toss me a pm with your questions and I will share with you what I can. I am certainly not the be-all-end-all of hb builders, but I have seen enough awful builds to know what does not work

It was a qualification prod. I wouldn't go to a 400lb obese man for personal training advice (yes, I realize that is fallacious despite being true).

For my HB:

Top three stats: speed, agility and carrying
Next three: stamina, strength and confidence
Not as important: vision (only need about 40, figured this out too late)
Special abilities: Lots of first step, quick cut and juke (but don't neglect the cover up and dive forward)
Vet abilities: Scat back, slippery (and some short yardage moster)

Just my 0.02

Who are you to be giving people advice on how to build HBs?

Ive been on here since season 3, have worked with, and have made some pretty successful HB's myself.
