Okay Okay!

Can't argue with that.

Just maybe wanted to prove a point that player levels don't mean shit. We're starting a level 46 NT. And I don't see many teams trying to run on us if you know what I mean.

Totally agree with the level thing. Shooter is lvl 49 and started last year as a level 46 in the Pro's. ESL has said it many times, the season 1/2 builds have a big disadvantage to season 3 and later players.

Because the players were built better, or born better?

Alex Favre, QB, Duluth Bulldogs

Finished our last 4 games with 300+ yard performances all against pretty great competition. League leader in passing yards even with only throwing for just over 300 yards and 8 tds against Gut Jobs.

Cole Weathers, WR, Duluth Bulldogs

Finished 3rd in yards and 2nd in tds. He and Barry D'Licious have to go down as the top 2 WR's this season with Barry facing far less competition to compile crazy stats in. Cole compiled just a mere 51 yards and 1 td against Gutted Competition. He finished the season torching Manila, Bandar, and Singapore B. before finally getting shut down against Bandar in the playoffs in meeting #2. His 26.8 average yards per reception was highest among WR's and second only to Meth Head who finished with 2 receptions this season...

Well, I agree with you about Cole and Barry being the 2 best WR's. (Meth doesn't count in the YAC conversation)

While you may have an argument with the competition... we can't help who we play. That being said, do you think Barry would be more successful that Cole at lvl 57?

Now, I understand, Cole can't help his level... but, Barry held his own against lvl 50+ guys all season.

That depends on where your going with this? Cole has given opposing teams fits at any level. He has been a great WR since day 1 of creation. So I cant exactly answer your question very well when I dont feel level really means a lot at this point...my level 53 WR with a great build is doing absolutely nothing in Canada AAA compared to his counterparts...its not really a matter of level. Especially when talking level 48 and up.

Cole gave Bandar and ESL fits...in fact the only games in which the gameplan should have clearly gave Cole an edge and the team did amazing jobs to stop him in were the games against Okinawa and the playoff game against Bandar.

Difference in levels would be about 40 skill points which if Barry D' had would make WR's in this league look like they were playing in the pee-wee league. Barry D' is the only offensive player who beat his like position opposition by an impressive margin. To further go with this point the second place WR is actually pual (lol he isn't even a WR) not Cole. I am usually pretty damn quiet, but give Barry D' his damn credit where it is more than due.
