Cleveland DawgPound have been making some good moves early in this recruiting war. They have been quiet the past couple of seasons, signing many players from one agent, but they have just made a 180 degree turn in their recruiting philosophy. We can not publish specific player names since they are currently under contract with different teams, but the faces on this team have changed and the skill looks to surpass the best skill level this team has ever had, and that says a lot!

Original team owner and molder of this team, brookjacoby5, has been recovering from his injury sustained during tax season. No blame there, but will he come back to GLB in time to sign with the DawgPound?

"There is always room on this team for brookjacby5, he IS this team. The foundation he laid was solid rock and I have made some mistakes the past couple of seasons, but we are on our way back to where we are used to being ..... where we belong!"

Owner DaBrownsRPhat sounds confident, and so far things are looking like the owner is describing them!

High level players, I do not understand why some of you want to have padded stats with high school competition. What satisfaction is that? It's like playing a season of Madden on easy.

Max contracts? WHY WHY WHY?

When the team pays for equipment, and min contract by far pays for training, what else is there? The min contract is so the team can put the money in the EQ fund to use NOW, instead of bit by bit during the season, and then you may not have enough.

Did Bort install bling, houses, cars, women, etc. that I don't know about? YOU ARE GOING TO RETIRE THIS SEASON OR SOON! Why do you need tons of leftover virtual dollars?

Players who have never owned a team or GM'd before may not know this, but demanding a specific slot on the DC HURTS YOU!! When teams are recruiting they may not even know what the final roster will look like. So those who promise a position, are promising something they have no idea of, it can end up hurting the team, it gives no flexibility to game planing, WHICH HURTS THE TEAM!

THEN I SEE TONS OF "I WANT TO WIN A CHAMPIONSHIP" ADS" Is there ANYONE who says, I don't want to win a championship? WTF type of wording is that? EVERYONE WANTS TO WIN! Be a teammate, and a team full of teammates working together have a lot better chance of wining one than a bunch of T.O.'s! One person can't win it all by themself, and certainly, no amount of GLB virtual money will buy you one!

OMG!!! I'll be so glad when I am finished recruiting.

Just doing as much recruiting as I have this off season, I have found out that there are many selfish egotistical people on this site. It maybe just an act, and not trying to say they are like this in real life, but on GLB they are! I was just letting out some frustration.

Season 10 DawgPound Resurrection? best of luck to you man, know you had to go through alot the last 2 seasons and still in the best league in GLB, props and support man!
