Typical over-emphasis of speed.

Carry is way too low - at least to 60.
I would also get strength to 50 so you can break a little more tackles.

LOL...you level 56 HB is in an A league? What...were the BBB leagues all full? It is a good build, don't listen to this guy. You either want very high speed or strength depending on your type of HB. In between builds are just crap.

You guys are sharp, no doubt. ummm. not.

We can focus on the issue and question at hand, the posters RB and question about his build, or my back, which BTW, increased his YPA 2.5 this year primarily because of moving carry from 40 to 60. Yep his lifetime average is low primarily because I overinvested in speed until the last two years like the poster. I have put nothing into Speed for 2-3 seasons - his average is 7.5 this year because of it. And it would be 6-7 in AAA. BTW-I played in AAA for 7 seasons--the difference is overrated. The A team I am on would be at least 2nd-3rd place in any AAA league and the competition difference is minimal.

The issue and question at hand:
The posters RB does not have a great build. He needs to get carry to 60 period. He needs to get confidence to 45-50, as confidence causes elusive backs to be indecisive in the backfield.

got some pretty good advice above IMO.
Build wise - carrying and vision could be higher? car - 2nd/3rd cap, vis to 2nd cap

Switch teams - 10 touches per game is pretty low consider you have a pretty well built player compared to other 1st generation players. I mean, you mentioned your teams a passing team but at the same time they have 3 HBs, its not like you dont have stamina and will stuffer from low energy.

Oh, and yes, higher catching(1st cap maybe) + scat back will make your HB more diverse(dual threat) and there will be more ways he can get involved in the offense game

I'd get confidence to the 1st cap. Won't see much out of only 7 juke either.
Pretty much has a WR build without the catching right now. Needs to work on some HB abilities (SA's).

If he were my guy I'd train up catching to 35-40. Nothing too serious, but get it to where he can be used in the passing game more and that will get DC's to back off on the blitzes some more.

dont listen to the people who say strength.

get your carrying to 68. confidence and vision are fine, imo.

maybe train jumping to 30 and eventually cap catching? you'd have a decent dual-threat on your hands then, too.

I think you should get Juke up above 10. SA seem to fire alot when 10+

Your RB has a career average of 4.9 YPC.

You have a lvl 56 RB, playing in Single A, that hasn't done anything remotely special his entire career.

But for some reason, you think you can tell this guy that he has too much Speed? That's hilarious.

Maybe you should have worried less about Carrying, and more about Speed. Then maybe your career average wouldn't be less than 5 YPC, but that's just a thought.

So tell us, what is it that your RB is so good at?

He doesn't break hardly any tackles, yet his Rushing Bar is only @ 60, which is incredibly low for your level. So he's not very fast or agile, and he doesn't break very many tackles.

Sounds to me like he's pretty mediocre, all across the board. Congrats.

LOL

Tell us how you really feel!!

I'd work carry to 60 then strength to 60. Just because you're elusive doesn't mean you can't benefit from strength. Other 2nd options are to raise catching to 60, but that's pretty meh. Or confidence. Bort always says it's underrated....
