I think one of the big problems is the level of greed of human players. No one has accountability to stay with a team till the bitter end.

I think the system in place right now is fine. It won't be long until a good balance is obtained.

This is exactly the problem. Maybe after this season if they all still stick togehter they can rebound from this issue
