you actually get less exp.

20 plays on intense = more exp than 20 plays on relaxed.

15 plays on intense = more exp than 20 plays on relaxed. (I'm pretty sure)

Back when stamina didn't reset, it was somewhat worth it to get early stamina just to dominate how many plays you got during d-leagues. But it was still better to not touch it at first. It's pretty much useless now.

Maybe I didn't read it well enough, but that link looks to be explaining the differences between Normal and Intense training, not playing intensity.

No, what I meant is that's the guy (TheGreatPuma) who personally explained to me playing on normal is a super slow build strategy, gains less xp, and is a good 13-cap strategy.

Sorry, I can see why it was confusing. Just meant as an appeal to expertise.

I found a wiki article that explains ithttp://www.glbwiki.com/index.php?title=Experience#Play_Intensity_and_Experience

My entire team was built with stamina early on. It's not the best idea for the long term, but clearly you can recover from it

This sounded like a myth, so I tested it a while back and the XP was exactly the same no matter the intensity, but this was for players above level 28. I've never tested it for lower level players.

It differs a little from lower level players...I guess you can't gain as much experience when your not trying your hardest.

That's because people built differently back then and what is known now wasn't known back then. If you give slow builders a time machine to go back in time and build against those players... they would lose for the first season or two, but then it would be night and day between the slow builders and the guys that went for stamina first.

Are you saying that night and day aren't equal...that's offensive!

I thought this thread was a (not so) clever jab at Staggart's spelling ability. Never mind though. Carry on.
