Somewhere in the 90's with good agility should be fine. You won't get smoked by anyone in that range, unless you plan on never getting any help over the top whatsoever.

What's that? I can't hear you all the way back there...

100+ speed got me 13 pick 6's this year = speed kills. That plus ballhawk means you have time to smoke a cig before the ball gets there.

And you play in BBB. I play in AAA, get real. MAYBE you can stick with the WR's on the straight away deep routes, but on any sort of cut route your gonna get fucked. At least in the big leagues. You got a while to go before you reach those.

cut route shmut route - once it's in the air, it's mine
when I do make it to the "big leagues" or Senior Tour or whatever you call it, keep an eye out for me - I'll be the kid bending time and space

well then you had best start investing in lots of agility or FS and QC. 100 speed may be nice, but at what cost? those SPs and EQ points can be better used elsewhere. 95 will allow you to keep up with almost every receiver out there, and for the ones who do get by you, there is normally a crazy fast safety back there to help you out. just because you get 13 picks in BBB, doesnt even kind of maybe mean that you are good enough for pro... i mean my lvl 50 has 80 in his career and isnt even good enough. could probably be productive in AAA, but not pro. and im just gonna conclude by saying my CB > your CB.

This is the argument people always come up with to make excuses and quite honestly it makes me laugh everytime I read it because its so stupid.

Hows it stupid? THe better teams are in AAA then in BBB. The teams in BBB are usually trash.

When it comes to discussions people tend to say something like "what do you know, you only play in (insert league here)" and automatically assume a player in a A league must have a sucky build compared to a player at the same position and level in a AAA or Pro league which is laughable. Everyone with a halfworking brain can build a great player (buildwise), just check the testlogs and look what builds perform the best - or use common sense.

Take my player as example (on whom Kevin Smith tried to make fun of but miserably failed): buildwise he looks like many sucessfull CBīs in SA/Canada Pro, I just chose to stick with the team I have buddys on and didnt sign with any Pro team. Also if Kevin Smith wouldīve checked our opponents he would have recognized that our opponents have the same levels, its not that he outlevels the competition and therefor performs good. Nice try though.

The difference between A, AA, AAA and Pro is in many cases not the build but the gameplanning. Thats why your statement was/is stupid

Doesn't that prove that you don't need 100+ Speed?

You don't need 100 speed to have an elite corner. End of discussion.

How would you know. none of yours is elite. Try 100 speed, if it doesn't make you elite then come back in here wit that nonsense.

No because you tried to justify your build by using stats. And the only reason your stats are so good is because you play in a bad league. We all know corners get way more stats in lower leagues. Im not saying your build is worse or you are wrong or anything(ok maybe I did say that), I was just saying its hard to say that your build is working as intended when you play in a bad league.

And well in the Pros the builds are usually a lot better. Its not JUST gameplanning.

That's funny. I have offers on the table from Pro teams in every division as we speak. Including perhaps the best team in GLB history. My other corner will green at 41, tomorrow. Not a 100 on the board. Come back here wit something, anything.
