it's not to different in APL, if you realy think about it though only about 10-15 teams are represented in the forums... its the same group of guys and probably the same teams that voted

Not all the owners are active in the forums, and not all owners give a shit about power rankings. Rather than just the owners, you've got to find one representative from each team. When I was in OPRO, they had a list of all the reps for each team who would vote each week.

Wow, only 10 votes. And still 2 teams not in my top 10 made the cut.

I'm pretty pissed at the fact that only 10 teams sent a PM. I mean it took me 5 minutes to send it in.

and honestly there is just a mob of teams from 5-10 IMO. It should get a little more defined in the upcoming weeks but as of right now, its a mess.
