I got my team after the 5th game this season and I filled up the stadium to max capacity immediately and am taking a loan out this offseason to buy both endzones. Currently have 1.8 mil with one more home game.

I am surprised at the amount of return that I was getting on my seats this year. Early in the season I bought a ton of seats and then every time I had an extra $50,000 laying around I would add more seats. I maxed out seats fairly early and still do not feel like I won the finance part of the game as I am around $300,000 right now with no homefield playoff game. Even if I did take out a loan I could only do 1 section of construction. I am very disappointed.

The trick to seats is too buy them all in the first week or two. After that you need to hold onto the money and buy sections in the off season. Then repeat I did the same thing last season as you last season

You can construct the last day of the offseason if you want

My buddy faxed me our finance sheet which he put into an excel program and this girl I work with brought it to me and was like "$130,000 in concession sales per home game? What IS this?"

thing i didnt think about was that every game at home was sold out. so i would add seats and then make some money and add more. I did 700k in upgrades on the last one and i sold out of seats so quick that i am now makeing no money except for food sales.its good but bad i guess. i think i will make it through the offseason in the green. No loan take yet either. think about doing it in the offseason.

The proper term is "in the black". Just wanted to add that.

I added a few seats in the regular season to test it's effect on concession sales (minimal) but I'll be rolling into the playoffs with home field advantage and about 2mil left. We had a meeting and decided to wait on expansions because we weren't sure exactly what cash we'd need on hand.
