What do you mean by strategy? How do you measure it in terms of points awarded?

You would have to watch every play of every game in every week to be able to determine whether the coaching strategy was a "good" one or a "bad" one. Even then it is extremely subjective (as is the Coaches Poll).

Well, as a coach who prepares for every game, I've watched 3-4 games of each opponent we've played, as well as the footage from our game against them. There are some teams that CLEARLY gameplan more wisely than others. Unless the sim is just shitting me.

Well, I was thinking the latter of the two. Sometimes the sim is total BS. I have heard of teams setting run/pass to 60/40 and the sim doing the exact opposite...little things like that.

Not to beat on myself but my team has beaten the teams we should beat and lost to all the good teams, I am gonna say that as far as coaching I would bump my team down. We have talent and no "quality" wins. Hired a GM OC and DC to help so we should have better coaching after firing myself

I will begin tallying COACHES POLL votes for the West for Week 13 hopefully this evening.

Please note:
1. Only counting owner's/coach's AND GM's vote.
2. If you have already posted your vote before this week had simmed and your vote has not changed since then, you do not need to re-post.
3. No voting for YOUR team.
4. This is just for fun. Smile, live life, repeat cycle.

you can only count the Owners votes.

Some teams have more GMs than others.

Wouldn't matter. It would be an average of the team's total votes.

1. Actually - If I remember, I'll run two separate sets of points. One including GMs and one w/o GMs. We will see if there is a difference (not sure what to expect).

2. The more teams we have participating, the more worthwhile this idea will be. So please post, even if you are unsure.

I don't really understand, what are you giving points based on?
