As for all the police officer crap, look..... that's cute. But today just isn't the day for me to put up with that bullshit.

I got a call from my brother last night at about 2:30am (he's also a Deputy with a SO in the panhandle) and he had just got done picking up business cards and other belongings of a fellow Deputy who got killed last night responding to a call by a drunk driver who drifted over into the wrong side of the road and hit him head on at about 70mph.

So needless to say, a computer game that really never will come close to simulating real football is pretty low on my priority list at the moment.

sorry about your deputy but i think you went kinda out of line on this post again i have no issues we either of you but not sure what this post is trying to accomplish im sure you are just frustrated with a dumbass who decided to drive drunk which i hope is the case again sorry for the loss and best of luck this season bud.

Yeah, it's frustrating has hell. And just really doesn't put you in the best of moods, especially to have someone pretend to "know" you by what they read on an internet fake football forum.

Hell, I'm pretty sure none of us in here would really like to be judged by how posts are interpreted by some stranger on the internet. But that's just me.

But really, if it makes him feel better to get that all off his chest in its own thread then I guess power to him. I'll take my beating and accept it. I've just really never let anything that happens in here really get to me that much, especially stuff from past seasons. This is entertainment for me pure and simple. And the day this stops to be entertainment only is the day I'll find something else to do.

To be very honest I had completely forgotten about anything that happened on an internet game last season, much less about 4 seasons ago. I just don't let things like that hang with me that long.

Asfor lawdawg, he is intense, but he understands what the games is. He does not take it to seriously, it is a time kill. He likes to draw clowns like you out to expose you for a weak minded person you are.

You need to rethink who takes what seriously. Look in the mirror.

I'm going to side with Lawdawg on this one. OTR played great today, but Tooley made a thread talking smack about something that happened a couple of seasons ago.....Hard to make the "I don't take the game seriously" arguement when he made this thread after the results of one game. Just my two cents.......

I can absolutely make you a promise that I'm done with it.

My two cents about the "A1" forum. That was the evolution of the CCC forum and no one wanted outsiders in that forum. At one point it was by far the most active league forum in GLB. Lawdawg was probably one of 20 people that said GTFO.
