Yea and Richmond Speed was able to get rid of several of the banned boys and add a lot of talent??

Doing the math, they roughly pay out 124,750 a day for contracts... times that by 14 pay days left.... = 1,746,500 for salaries to pay out yet. They only have 1,151,712 currently. So they are going to need some nice concession sales and home field advantage in the playoffs to pay these beefy salaries.

I don't know where these Richmond guys found all these players, but he's been real busy. WOW signed about 38 high leveled players in the last few days.

these threads are quite interesting dog. i find the one where the new england speed's owner says "my backups arent happy with te little playing time there getitn gon my team so im trying to trade them and get some starters." when the "backups" are really the banned in-actives. this was posted just 4 days ago. why is that team allowed to continue this shady crap? i find that situation worse than cheattanooga.

on another note, i recall you saying you were making babies dog. if that is true how do you find the time to research all these threads? talk about multi tasking...

I think it is terrible that the rules aren't enforced in a proper way. The penalty for cheating is way to low in my opinion. The Speed owner did not only cheat against us, he also attempted to steal money from the owners of the game.

if you examine the speed roster it makes no sense. the guy signed like 4 centers to six figure contracts all on the same day and ditto for many of the other positions. it makes no sense whatsoever. when you take how little the roster is making sense and add to that the threads found by the yarddog you get trouble. my guess is since his team was banned he is attempting to #$%@ as many people as possible with a total flame out. he obviously does not need that much depth each making 120k salaries. its digital team suicide and i hate that he will end up sticking other players who are naively signing those contracts with him.

can we not go and start something else about someone cheating. we all know that this team cheated, weather or not the owner did is not known. dd and bort looked into and this is the outcome. move on and play football. stop looking how to bust someone for cheating. it is getting rediculous.

look i would love to leave this stuff behind us but do you want to let that team throw a monkey wrench into the league works after he screws with his roster? i dont know that it will have an effect but just take a look at the speed roster now and tell me how it makes sense. i think he is trying to sign as many players as he can regardless of the cost in a last ditch effort to have some kind of impact here regardless of what will happen to the new players when the team goes bankrupt. what happens if the bruins lose to the speed in the first round of the playoffs and then the speed goes bankrupt and loses all its players for round two? would that be fair?

i dont know if that is or could be what happens, but i smell shenanigans and i would just assume nip em in the bud.

Check his depth chart. Most of those centers are playing out of position at Tackle. I think he is trying to salvage a winning season before going bankrupt. Most of those high priced contracts are for 1 season.

I would much rather talk about something else, and I have only made one or two posts on the issue before. But it is difficult to let it rest when NOTHING is done from the guys running this game.

Watched the full game at speed 1 on the play-by-play! Never thought I could get nervous over an internet game... well, I had quite the pulse going!
