I have two of them, one of which will have 109-110 speed at 32.

We did it faster than the current fastest team (D-League Dream Team)
Old record was a roster of 36's
We just pulled it off with a roster of 27-34's (Mostly 30-32's but some players got alot of xp)

We were an EEAAA#1 season 7 expansion and have kept our entire roster from the cap 13 league together w/out going out and recruiting to bring higher level players in. Cant wait to be level 50's!

Regardless of level, your players are 4 seasons old, therefore your theory of "fastest" is not correct.

Try again.

Also I don't believe EEAAA#1 ever had a level 13 cap, fucking moron.

Nah, I'm just active on the GLB forums (you know to keep my team updated on any changes that happen w/out getting put into the changelog).
