Any thoughts on ZS or BH first for a FS who's just getting his VXP?

It might not matter--you have to have 40 jumping for Ballhawk. But yeah, ZS . . .

Ball Hawk (+1% to Speed, Agility, Vision after seeing a pass released)

It is actually after the player sees the ball coming (not immediately when released). Still, Bort said in his testing it takes effect for 5 or 6 ticks. Seems damn good to me.

Ball Hawk is +2%, not +1%.
Zone Specialist is +1%, but for the entire play, when playing zone.

Long Reach - 2nd chance to deflect a pass at 3% per/level.
Maxed - 45% chance to reroll a failed deflected pass check.

For example, if a FS has a 25% chance to deflect a pass, with this ability, he would have a .25 + .45*.25 = .3625 or 36.25% chance.

3rd Down Stopper - +3% chance to deflect a pass on 3rd and 4th down.
Maxed - +45% chance to deflect a pass on 3rd and 4th down.

For example, a FS has a 25% chance to deflect a pass, with this ability, he would have a .25*1.45 = 36.25% chance ONLY on 3rd and 4th down.

If the percentages were raised to 40%:
LR - .4 + .45*.4 = .58 or 58%
3rd - .4 * 1.45 = .58 or 58% ONLY on 3rd/4th Down.

If I am doing this math correctly, there is ZERO reason to ever take 3rd Down Stopper.

Maybe you're missing something in the long reach formula.

I would change your first example to .25 + .75* .45*.25 = 33,4375%
