i agree with it the most part other then the naturals talking trash more like buckeyes talking trash we know we are in for a tough season but that comes with the territory. also how is minnesota a team to watch? they have always been an awesome team why would this season be any different? just my opinion. otherwise thanks for the write up.

ya dont listen to buckeyes, we try and keep him in the cage, but it was stinks turn to stand guard, and he went to get a beer, came back and then we found him here.

fml

not your fault imo

not a cage built that can contain that ill tempered animal

was just making some predictions. calvins just an avatar. having your team in your avatar is much gay-er. and if you think about it cockiness can lead to dot ball dropoff. you may overestimate an opponent and not gameplan well enough for them. and theres no need for personal attacks. is anyone going to challenge the list? except for not naturals in that position and MM / NY-CA not being a surprisedoes anyone want to put their own spin on these categories?

Looks like NAN is in the East and Roughnecks are in the West now.

most improved team: parma burglars - remember playing these beasts in USA AAA1, got 4 wins last season, i see them improving to at least a .500 finish in season 9.

It will be interesting to see who improves most and whether it is due to acquisitions or sim changes...

most dominant team: MEM in the regular season, wolfpack in the playoffs. MEM have dominated over the years but have lost two pro championships and just cant seem to get over the hump in the playoffs. the offensive powerhouse that is washington was impeccable in the playoffs last season putting up 42 and 41 points against two good teams. they lost to MEM in the playoffs but i see them and MEM going neck to neck in the playoffs in season 9 and pulling off a shocker.

The power running game should be history in season 9, so the most dominant team will be someone who can mix it up a little more. The new sim will most likely separate out a couple teams into the new dominance, but until seeing the new sim in action...

most disimproved team: northwest arkansas naturals. Their cocky nature will lead them to their worst season in a long while. look for a 5-6 win season and not a sniff of the playoffs due to their excessive trash talking and not enough playing.

Not gonna take this prediction as it would just add flame to whomever is listed. Someone will end up getting outmatched with the new sim stuff, probably not through any fault of their own...

most surprising team: san diego lightning. this team got some massive additions from a team entering USA pro (dallas longhorns) before the season and continued to add quality players throughout the season. i see them challenging for a playoff berth and doing some damage in the playoffs if they get there.

Spicewood will be the most surprising team, since they had their share of trouble last season, and did not make any significant roster moves this off-season. A finish in the top 4 regular season and knocking off 1-2 of the big guns...before a big playoff push.

team to watch: Minnesota marauders. A second round exit last year doesnt do this team justice. watch these guys excite all year long and challenge the top 4 in the conference for a home playoff spot. Gonna be a nice year for these guys.

I'd put San Diego as the team to watch, with the new additions to a competitive team from season 8.

SEASON 9 early pre-season 9 western conference prediction WINNER:
NY-CA Ground pounders. A surprise pick here but their team looks solid and these guys could be a grind it out - conservative type team that does nicely in the pro league and sees their first season in PRO end a successful one with a close win over the wolfpack in the conference final.

Can't really see a newly arriving team being able to push through the league without the experience of having played all these teams. It's gonna have to be a team with that experience, and being accused of being a homer in the past, I see no reason not to pick Spicewood to win it all in it's second season in Pro.

none taken. I told the rest of the NY-CA management last week that it was a good thing we raked on playoff income this past season, because it will most likely be the last time we ever do.

That's not to say that it's impossible for them to ever win USA Pro - but I'm going to go on record as saying if it ever happens, it'd prob be from a 4-6 seed which is not going to involve much revenue.

BTW, the Wolfpack won't be too dominant if Bort doesn't make running good again.

it's not like they just suddenly became good last season

BULL

We all know Monmouth wasn't a great team before the iSlam. It's not like they aired it out or anything... <_<

Yes, your sarcasm meter should be tingling.
