and i agree with both of them to a point. while i dont think 100 speed is completely necessary, i do think that the 100/60 CB with 10 QC would do much better than say a 90/80 CB. Things like FS and QC i call "fake agility". basically, when combined, they do the same thing as high agl. so if you have high agl already, then QC, and FS arent gonna help you much, but if you have low agl, then FS and QC are gonna make your guy landmaster tier. i still think that agl is important, but QC, in some cases can be much better. i for one, after i get my vis to 68 and jumping to 60, am gonna pour my points in QC and redo my EQ to be all speed.
