Honestly why would you have a level 30 in the league anyway of level 10-18. Cheap bastard.

It turns I have 3 25 level players on a team full of level 10s, and 11s on the chupacabras. I didnt really look at the league or team I was signing on before I signed I just had a friend who needed players and my players needed a place to play while they develop. Is this a 13 cap league? and if so how is it possible that I signed here?

you were signed before the shuffle
the thing is several teams in this league have a couple players above the cap for that reason, and we got put here together because we were similar strengths
i cut mine during the off season because of the ANNOUNCEMENTS that SUGGESTED it (bort said he would remove them himself after the off season if we didn't)

i wouldn't be surprised if the rest get cut soon

however, i am not the one who complained, if someone did complain and it wasn't just the mods finally getting around to us (my suspicion)

it's just unfortunate for the rest of us who can't have a passing game yet because our qbs are still too low level

it's totally cool for you to have a qb that can make all our defenses look silly

no hard feelings or anything even though you're taking away the parity and the competition that the reshuffle was supposed to provide
