Level 32, well built QB- needs 3 pieces of lvl 32 equipment. His ratings arent great, but hes been in an uncapped league since level 21, when his team was promoted from a 13/16 cap, and has been outlevelled in most games by 10-15 levels for the last 2 seasons.
