Let him waste away for a season and then let him retire him...NO agent should threaten anything if the owner doesn't do what he wants. The owner has put up flex for the team and it is not the agents business what happens with the team. He posted that he would backup and should lay out his contract either through playing or sitting. Sounds like you sign Jay Cutler to a contract.

I think you guys are missing a HUGE point here. It is a peewee team, the roster will be emptied in 3 days REGARDLESS of what level the player is. It is built into the peewee teams. So bench him for 3 days and then you will be done with his headache. What ever you do don't feed into his behavior. Make your decision, implement it and then move on to something else. If he rants and raves and makes a fool of himself, he is only hurting himself as everyone will see his behavior and form their own judgments of it, but don't feed into it.

On the otherside if your paying to get flex points to build players they have to be fair to the player also if you are both fitghing it will make other players agents figure this may not be the team or owner they want to play for again.
