There has been little things like that in all the games we have played. They only make a difference in close games. That game could have went either way. I am surprised that they put some many rushing yards up on you guys. I didn't figure they would be able to that's why I had them losing a close one on my predictions. But Congrats Las Vegas and we will see what we can do to stop you next week.

Concede the win???

Shoulda woulda coulda - we missed 3 FG and we were smashing your teeth in on the goal line with :30 left in the game. But we should have won.....I know, I know....MiaMama 'BAWLERS'! Look at the stats - we did really well against you and you need to admit it.

Good game but we plowed you guys! I'm just trying to stir up some love in this conference. Oh, and your next Cleveland - lol!

Did you ever stop to think maybe he had to jump to catch the ball or that the ball was underthrown? A WR getting behind the defense does not always guarantee 6 in this world.

If your complaint is over the AI, please explain how the CB was running with the WR step-for-step but suddenly the CB stops(while in man coverage with no deep help)? You are grasping at straws either way. That is not the reason you lost, but whatever makes you feel better I suppose.

Either way, this only proves one thing in this conference. Better put together a good game plan. I would also shy away from the "smashing our teeth in" You had one big run and your RB was forced to fumble twice. I honestly hope to catch you guys in the playoffs.

I'm sure you will - 'catching' being the key word there!

Like i said in my earlier post, I don't want to sound like I am crying about the game. You guys had a great game plan and that running attack could not be held in check. All this does is make for a better finish down the stretch. You have got another great game next "week". Again, congrats on the win and am looking forward to seeing you guys again.

I was wrong on the shutout! Miami has a great offense! Nice game guys...c ya in the playoffs!

Actually, Capone already caught the ball and gained 5 yards on your CB with speed, not because your CB stopped, before being tackled by some invisible culprit. A missed FG is a missed FG but when a WR has a 5yd gain on the CB and somehow is tackled, let alone not even a diving tackle of which I could then understand, it is more than a questionable play.

If Mike wants to be the good guy and concede the win that is fine, but I would be the last guy on this board to shrug off 7 more crucial points.

Yes, but let's say you guys scored a touchdown on that play. That would have made it 14-13. So on their last drive, when Vegas was knocking on the door inside the 10, they would have kicked a short field goal instead of running out the clock with the run. That would have made it 14-16 with not enough time for you guys to score.

I agree. On their last drive we couldn't hold them off. When we did manage to force a fumble at the end we managed to go three and out. It's o.k. Makes for good film to watch as we move on.

I didn't necessairly say that the TD would have been the game winner but it was 7 deserved crucial points. In regard to them kicking a simple FG, didn't they miss 1 or 2 in the game we played? If that's the case I could then counter your argument and say 14-13 with another botched FG of theirs. Whatever the end result WOULD HAVE BEEN, Capone was still tackled by what, a CB with arms that stretch 5 yards? If that's the case they should call themselves the Fantastic 4 not the Flying Elvis.

You are still assuming the WR was in a dead sprint when the ball was caught. Just as your WR was suddenly able to shoot by the CB (who did linger at the 35), how can you deny the ability of the CB to also recover or have a burst of speed?

In fact, the CB's reaction of stopping at the 35 seems to be in direct reaction to the QB releasing the ball. The CB very well saw that the pass was underthrown and made this adjustment before the WR did. Once the WR slowed down, the CB was then regaining his speed to come and make the tackle.

On the latest freeze frame I can see, the WR only had 2 yards on the CB before the play ends. If you watch these replays as closely as you seem to, you see this kind of thing all the time. If your momentum was slowed and the CB had the momentum those 2 yards are made up almost instantly, hence the tackle.

Case closed. ("concede the win" was very funny though)

I did the same freeze frame and admit, it was 3 to 3.5 yards as opposed to 5 I had on the CB. Nevertheless, that is 9 whole feet he had to try and tackle me. Also, the CB had no bust of speed, he was just standing still as I caught the ball and was moving forward. Then the play ended. Where was the short distance he had to tackle me? If he did make a tackle why wasn't it a diving tackle? If he did have momentum as you say, I clearly didn't see it because the play ended immediately as I caught the ball. Again, highly questionable play.
