Im not a big fan of the zone, but I have found that 4-2-5 cover 2 zone with the LB's shifted to the strong side works excellent. As the HB runs his route through the zone, 3 different players are close to him at all times and the QB almost always goes with another option. If he does pass it to the HB its either broken up or he's tackled immediately.

The Play Focus must be set on run for the SS to come down to the box this far on this play? Is this Cover 1-Man2Man-Run Focus-MLB Weakside Blitz?

Balanced Focus works just fine as well. Just don't make the mistake of not blitzing the MLB on the weakside. If you leave him in m2m coverage, he'll be the one on the HB instead of the CB. Made that mistake and got burnt for it.
