I would have had to go and study the rest of the stats, like games played, who else was in the 2 deep with them, are they on a passing or running team, to make an informed judgement. So I left it blank.

Mgo, I will post my selections after game 12. It seems a bit early right now... there are some players who are starting to finally come on that I wanna give a shot at getting some notice before I vote.

I think the directions were quite clear to vote now or forever hold your piece. Voting is most likely to be over by game 12. Even in the NFL pro bowl selections begin before season ends.

Not to cause problems because I applaud your effort in putting this together and I love the idea. However this should have been done closer to the end of the year. Many of these players stats are inflated due to their respective teams playing the weaker teams in the 1st half of the year while others have good, but not great stats but have played the tough teams. For example Rapid City's FB has a ton of Yards but no TDs, but they've played the best teams in thiir conference in the first half while in the second half they have a mucher weaker schedule. This would have been fairer to all if we waited until the 2nd last game.

I have a small suggestion. Perhaps you should make voting for owners only...to make it fair as some teams don't have many peeps active on the forums. Also, it may get a little overwhelming to count if you let everyone vote.

Just a suggestion.

That is actually not a bad idea for future seasons. I could see it as the evil side of me actually thought (hmm I could send in all of my team to vote on the same people, as I have a fairly active forum) for a second before I rejected the idea.

The idea would be for each team to post the list in their own forums, come to a consensus and then cast the vote as a team. Well at least that is how I would run it on my team. Thoughts?

How about this. Since i know most of people predictions arent in order of who they think should be on first team and second team, ill narrow down the ballots of who people picked and send it to the owners. The owners will vote for while players deserve first team, and which deserve second team.

EX: For WR everyone picks 4 out of the many i put on the ballot.
The top 4 will be sent to the owners and the owners select who deserves first team, and who gets second team.

BTW, i am voting regardless if i am an owner or not.
