As YardDog said Smash Weas has 9 INT. This is an MVP discussion so imho if your team doesn't reflect a top 5 offense or defense then I dont think they can win the MVP award.

Just my opinion, but I think your offensive and defensive MVPs have got to come from a solid team.

I believe the Mole Rats are still tops in points allowed per game, but I don't think I could name a defensive MVP. It's quite the team effort. I mean the top guy only has 45 tackles. As a team we have 29 takeaways, though (not sure how other teams fair). Smash Weas has 9 of those.

My main thing is just that an MVP needs to really be a key factor in success. And success is one of those pesky qualifications that rules out some good players.

EDIT: Now if this were Pro-bowl selections, I might think otherwise. (just remember the Cowboys and Patriots from this past seasons's NFL probowl, though)

LOL, I thought the same a first.. then I saw something really bizarre/amazing.

These 2 CBs have 23.3% of their entire teams tackles, and they are a very respctable 7-3.. seems really bizarre to me.

I guess they have a REALLY good redzone defense, lol.

Ok I apologize. You have more TD's than Razor but he has more yardage. I was looking at only Eastern Conference. There is one other TE to mention and that is Christopher Smith. He has more yardage than Mack or Razor but fewer TD's.

I nominate "TheRifleman" at QB. Not only has he thrown much less then most QB's, he is by far the leader in passing TD's in the whole league and he only has 2 interceptions. He also is 2nd among regulars in completion %.

I nominate punter Justin N. "Credible" Guy. He is #1 in league in punting yard average.

I nominate CB Smash Weas, he leads the whole league by far in interceptions and also is 3rd in PD's. Plus 0 mistackles.
