How did the Wembley Warriors end up having such an average season? Did they lose a bunch of players?

The majority of their players were there last season so I don't think that's a factor. Trust me I am as perplexed as you are as to why the Warriors are having such an average season (as are the Warriors players). Never count them out though, they are a tough outfit and must be taken seriously.

3) Dauphins 12-4

4) Nighthawks 12-4 (Dauphins)

5) Vikings 11-5 (Dauphins, Nighthawks)

6) Aggies 11-5 (Lumberjacks)

7) Sharks 10-6 (Aggies, Monarchs)

8) Who Dats 9-7 (Vikings, Dauphins, Nighthawks)

Wembley Warriors also end up 9-7, but miss out on a playoff spot due to their tiebreaking loss to Who Dats.

Don't think the Vikings will lose to the Dauphins, but the Nighthawks could definitely go either way, they've got an incredibly solid team.

I also think the Nighthawks can beat the Dauphins, but besides that I agree with your standings.

Yep, we the Warriors are struggling to make anything work this season, especially offensively. Frustrating campaign after going 14-2 last year.

We haven't quit though. Still hoping to squeak into the post season and perhaps bloody a nose or two.

Perhaps you guys are going through what the Stampede has been going through for much of the season: an identity crisis. We're not sure if we've figured it out yet, but we're hoping we did. Good luck though. We were all looking forward to playing against you guys last season, but that opportunity never came around.

Dunno about other owners, but I came in halfway through Season 1, and I spent the rest of the season building my team and trying various strategies.

...It also helps that I surrounded myself with people who are way better at football than I am.

You have games against the Billy Goats, the Nighthawks, the Eagles and the EXTREMELY underrated Muskateers. It's not underestimating you, it's understanding the skill level of your opposition.

I could be wrong, of course... but I see it being entirely possible, and if I am going to lay claim to some off-putting future, that's what I'm looking at.

I entirely encourage you to prove me wrong, however.

Thanks for the vote of confidence. Great work on the match ups. I appreciate everyone making this forum come alive. 5/25 is going to be a very tough match. I expect blood, dirt, and lots of pain on both sides of the ball.

I also agree the Musketeers are highly underrated and am convinced the Playoffs will see some upsets, we have several very strong teams growing (i.e. Scoregasms, stampede, Bari)

Edit: Left stampede out

Thanks, but don't count out the Roughnecks yet, I don't. It'll be a good game, I'm sure.

Not being in the Pro-League last season I was just wonder if there were a lot of upsets in the playoffs because in AAA there were more upsets than regular beatdowns tbh.
