Well with LVL 40 equipment your looking at 30 equip points, which means you'd need to be at 90 base speed. I think you greatly underestimate how many SP's it'll take to get to 90 base speed from the 75 that your currently at.

16 SP to get from 83 to 85

And ya, I know I completely ignored auto level gains. Just to clear that up, at the moment your getting +.25 speed with every level. Lets say for the next 20 levels you get the +.25 free speed (which you won't) that's 5 free speed. So, just for simplicity sake, lets say you can take on the 5 free speed at the end of your speed, so you only need to get it up to 85. That'd still cost you 65 SP into speed or 13 levels...

At lvl 40 you can have 42 points to boost a stat. Get a piece of custom EQ with +3 speed, upgrade it 6 times. I actually have the chance to have close to 130 speed at lvl 48...awesome.
(3+6)*4 + 6 = 42

No... You aren't going to find 4 pieces of +3 speed AEQ, and even if you did you will not have anywhere near enough bonus tokens to upgrade them. If you find 1 +3 piece you'll be looking at +33 from equipment. You won't be able to fully upgrade a 2nd piece until maybe your 8th+ season if then...
My point was, to get to your goal not only do you need at least 65 SP worth of speed (it will be more in reality), but also:
28 SP into agility
39 SP into strength
23 SP into catching
18 SP into stamina
26 SP into jumping
32 SP to get quick cut and first step to 8 base each.

=231 SP needed to reach your goals. I didn't include auto leveling for the other attributes, but even if we round down to 200 SP needed (which is a bit low imo) we are talking 40 levels needed, which would put your WR at LVL 62 when you reach your goals.
The point of my post wasn't that high speed is impossible, but rather that high speed along with your other goals is not even gonna be close to happening by your LVL 37 prediction...
