Stay away from his advice. Unless you want a shitty build

No disrespect, but your WR is only catching about 38% of his passes this season, the lowest on your team.

So maybe his advice isn't so bad..

Don't forget that Special Teams really hits your stamina. How's your energy at the end of the game? And of course, confidence really helps overcome the hit from all those drops. Neither are very exciting skills - but both can be critical.

The high PD's are because of being slow and severely lacking jumping. 53 is not really a respectable amount of catching, hence the drops also.

This season's sim has hurt the passing game and made it much harder to build a reciever.

where did you find this information? is it a script?

Also to help you out I had a very similar problem with my WR last season. He was dropping way more passes then I thought he should. I had catching in the low 50's like you. I did some research and decided to boost so I could get my catching up. I put it all into catching and my guy greatly improved.

I also trained carrying as well which seemed to help with some of the bobbling of passes before pulling it in.

I've been training carrying and I put all my points into catching, I'm thinking about going to 60....w/ catching how far should I take carrying?

Any other feedback would be great, and also ya where did you find:

WR Evynne Hollens 24 13 5 6 54% 146 27 2 --- I would love that script.

Strength first...will get the most return the fastest since you can train it up super quick.

If you are looking to be an all out speedster, don't worry about jumping too much, worry about speed/agility/catching. For drops, get catching up to 60 and start training strength and carrying (dont waste SP on them). Strength over 20 and carrying over 30 with 60 catching will work wonders.

Catching to 60 doesn't do shit. My WR with 60 catching drops 3x more balls than my guy with 50.....
Same QBs.. Same team.. Same confidence. Same shit.

What's the QB's throwing and Tight Spiral then? Maybe you guys are just getting thrown bad passes.

Just train Carrying dont put points to it. Its not worth it that much. But if you havent done much with it then it should get good training returns. Right now Im a lvl 41 WR and carrying is at about 30.

I also had the same issue with my WR a few seasons ago and also upped his catching to the 60 cap. He went from averaging about 13/14 drops per season (on an average of 75 receptions) to averaging 2 drops in the last two season while averaging about 70 receptions. I also soft capped his confidence to help reduce any negative in-game effects from pass disruption and have trained carrying to the mid 30s so far. Jumping does help in hauling in more passes that would ordinarily fly over your head, but the consequence if you don't have the ability to catch them is that they will fly through your fingers.
