I also vote Saber Stelco, he is leaving the team but has been one of the only solid players on D all season. Champ had a good start, but DRASTICALLY slowed down come the end of the season.

I 4th Saber Stelco, he played great all season and deserves it. Also for reasons already explained. He played better then Champ so >_>...

I ALSO vote saber, He may not have had that many PDs (although he got lots), he got the picks at crucial times and the only one in our playoff game. Put him on the ballot.

For the hell of it we might as well compare all stats from Champ and Saber:
Champ "SC" Bailey:
PDs: 45
INTs: 2
INT Yards: 2
FF: 3
Tackles: 106
Saber Stelco:
PDs: 24
INTs: 5
INT Yards: 46
FF: 2
Tackles: 101
The only stat in which Champ is truly better is passes deflected, but Saber has him in turnovers and INT yards, tackles he is barely behind, despite getting far less playing time. Not to mention that INT in the playoffs and 5 tackles, Champ got 6 tackles in our game.

If there was a Pro-bowl game and East faced West, and you had to nominate an Offensive and Defensive player in your league, but not on your team, who would it be?
Sorry, you can't nominate your own teammates.

These guys should be piling up the stats considering the rest of the defense.

You guys might want to concentrate on that big upcoming game with the Nighthawks.

Now let's compare BOTH of them against Sofa King Solid's stats....
PDs: 23
INTs: 8....led the conference
INT Yards: 50
FF: 0
Tackles: 66
Also had a much higher PR average than Champ, but that's a completely different stat.
And the lower the tackles at CB the better...just means they didn't throw his way as much(due to good coverage), or the HB did not break long runs into the secondary(like was shown in http://goallineblitz.com/game/replay.pl?pbp_id=4757536).
