man I would love my guard to line up against all of your DTs. 110 strength would pancake you guys in a heartbeat.

You realize your guard has 10 levels on my DT, right? Also, I rarely get pancaked with 76 str and only in running situations so I'd still sack your quarterback.

there are two DTs on the team my G is on that are levels 40 and 41 (only 1 and 2 levels higher than yours) that have more strength than my G and still have high agility.

I am finding better luck with Strength this season, though either is pretty workable...seems to depend on matchups more than anything.

Well, I don't think I have anyway to prove that my DT would be fine again those Gs (which I believe he would be) because my team doesn't really do scrimmages and I don't think my team owner would scrimmage a pro team anyway.

Is it broken when I rework my previously nerf-resistent DT redoes a couple pieces of gear and goes 82/83/82 without VA's and is still ineffective. Thats without level 40 gear funded also.

Ghey.

Edit: And yes prior to this season the SAs for DTs were fine. I'm just quite sure you were putting them in the one you thought would work and not the one that actually did, almost counter-intuitively.

What are you doing here? Isn't it enough you ruined people's linebacker builds?

SA's for DT's have never been fine. They are what you invest in when you finally have enough physical attributes that it no longer becomes feasible to waste SP's.

A bit overstated perhaps...the DT SAs seem to work better in combinations than they do alone. nevertheless, they are not a substitute for raw attributes. If you can't shed a block to start with, the Shed Block SA is unlikely to help you much (for instance).

Shed blocks is a fantastic SA.

very true, but if you were getting numbers without SA's, the only way you can judge SA's is by observing whether production increases after adding SA's. I have only recently added Shed Block to 6 on my level 43 DT, and have to say I dont really see any difference from before the SA's. He still gets hurries and sacks in AAA despite the nerfing, just not at the level he did last year.
