i like DDL where they're at.....if you look at the stats, their passing game looks to be clicking at a time when most teams are struggling mightily

Passing game is a little rough right now, but we have IceCold and he is the best WR in the game.

Everyone is entitled to his own opinion but this is not even close to correct...

I am going to be in the top 16 teams in the WORLD tournament and might not make the playoffs in US Pro....

Something to consider. Elvis, Spicewood, Compton and ***O*** have something in common. Low chemistry. None of the top teams that I saw had chemistry under 96. All of us were in the 80s, ***O*** hit 90 today.

Could be one reason why we were able to walk all over the Cdn champs in a scrimmage, where confidence doesn't matter, but can't win a league game.

Not an excuse at all, just an observation. Prior to this season I have never had to give confidence a second thought, but may consider it more in the future.

If it's factored in as a % (which I believe it is), I could see how Chemisty (and oop penalties) are becoming more and more important as our attributes rise.

Interesting point. Excellent writeup, nonetheless.

Well, we did have a 3 person trade go through last night...that could explain some of it. But that said, I can't imagine chemistry explaining why:

1) we can't catch worth a damn - 18 Pds in our game vs. CCCC
http://goallineblitz.com/game/replay.pl?game_id=373331&pbp_id=6138035
2) our Cb is on top of the WR and he still catches the ball (must be a VA)
http://goallineblitz.com/game/replay.pl?game_id=373331&pbp_id=6136494
3) our front seven...including the MLB seem immobilized during the running plays even when they are not being blocked - is our defense fearful or what the hell could that mean.
http://goallineblitz.com/game/replay.pl?game_id=373331&pbp_id=6139701
4) our 4th and short AI isn't kicking in regardless of where it is at in the AI priority table - so, on 4th and less than 1 we're kicking field goals.
5) On outside running plays it takes our RT, FB, and TE to block the LE on strong I running plays...seems to be a poor path assignment by all three.

All I can say is that we use to be a decent squad....

We haven't lost to another Pro Squad yet in the scrimmages too Duff.

I can feel your pain, except our pain is coming from KOS, where we are apparently are worlds behind most teams. When a team only needs to go 15 yards to get in FG range you have a problem...the worst part is, I'm pretty sure I got the right personnel set up now and it makes little difference.

We used to be a good team but now the first thing I have to check is whether our opposition has linemen built for STs before even bothering to spend a bunch of time on the gameplan. Bit of an exaggeration but you get the point...its frustrating as all hell to dominate a team's offense and still have them put up 30 points on you.

You can't honestly believe what you claim here, can you? I would love to see you support it. Because there are obviously plenty of WRs whose builds have always exceeded his. And there are a ton whose production vs legit opponents have always exceeded his also. He is a great WR, but again, nowhere near the best in the game. Sorry.

Well he doesnt have many catches this year only cause I have chosen not to throw very much this year as I'm working on other priorities at the moment for strategic purposes and not trying to show anything fancy, but I expect to later on in the season and in the playoffs.

But yeah I do believe it, however no I have not bothered spending a lot of time studying other high level WRs to firmly say I've done plenty of sophisticated homework to be able to think he is automatically the #1, that would be fairly impossible to say without spending 100s of hours of research.

Maybe, if we decide chemsitry is part of the reason I'm going to retro-claim that chemistry is why we lost to the Orangebloods last season and why Richmond played us close
