It's very easy to block for power backs, especially since they will not out-run the blockers like your RB is doing...
It's hard to block for power backs. It's easy to block for elusive backs. and really easy to block for super elusive backs. I guarantee you he is running on high power. Slowly tweak the slider down till he follows his fullback. Either that or let him run on what he wants and don't worry about it.
