it makes his passes faster. If you do frame by frame it gets there faster when it needs to. I think a judgement thing was put in for how hard the qb should throw. My arm strength seems to very depending on route and where it is on the field.
I noticed it depending on where the receiver is in the field...so to compare I tried to find a pass that each QB threw that was about the same distance...I then watched one and then the other several times...by eye, I couldn't see the difference...granted this is not the same as parsing the DOM to get the exact ball velocity...but I thought I would be able to see a difference of 20+ point of str by eye...but it seems not...

I looked at, I think, a 14.5 yd pass for one of us and a 17 yarder for the other...Of course there is horizontal distance too, but I don't think they were too dissimilar that way...
