CPL will never go for this, because they know beyond the top 3 or 4 teams in the East, their league is complete trash. Much easier to run their mouths and say that CPL East is > all, without risking empirical evidence to shut them up.

3/4 different tournaments of CPL and USAPL teams...good luck ever getting this accomplished. Unless you somehow figure all the CPL and USAPL teams are going to be taken out in the early rounds of these tournaments...in which case i give an LOL to that.
