So then I guess you aren't as good as the rest of the Canada squads/players then. that must be why you are over here?

EDIT

I think he is trying to say that since you can to SEAPL which is a weaker division then CPL than your player must also be weaker.

Logic:
SEAPL < CPL
Marsh = SEAPL
Therefore Marsh = not good enough for CPL.

But that's not correct as 6 of the 8 CPL eastern playoff teams sent me PMs about my WR. And of the 2 teams that didn't 1 gutted and Brown doesn't really recruit players.

Edit: I knew what he was trying to say I just wanted to say this ^^^

Actuality, you were just to scared to continue to play in Canada so you came here thinking it would be a easy stat padding for you.

To bad you aren't in Garuda, then it might of happened that way.

No I was kind of tired of the forums and I couldn't keep up with them. Then all the new teams were pretty gay and sucked so there wouldn't be any real competition for the top 4 teams except themselves. It gets boring at the top of the mountain

Not trying to disrespect Halifax, I seriously have the utmost respect for that organization, but they can hardly be called a CPL dynasty considering they have only won 1 championship in their existence. And also a 24-30 loss to Dryden with a squeaker 34-30 victory in the playoffs? They might not even be favorites this season.

And then on the personal achievement front, Marsh never won a trophy in his conference, let alone the entire league.

Sorry to be a hater, but if you're going to disrespect SEAP I gotta put some things in perspective.

Halifax never had a consistent WR until I went there and now that I've left they've added 2 WRs with a build very similiar to mine. And that win vs. Dryden was hardly a squeaker as their last TD came with about 3:40 left in the game and they never got the ball back after they scored. And Halifax won their 1 championship in the most contested time for the league.

Marsh was No. 1 for receptions in season 3 and No. 3 for KR TD in season 5. Nothing since then as Eggleston stat padded quite a bit as well as Carter and a few others.

A 4 point victory is hardly considered a rout even if they scored it with 3:40 remaining. And if they won one championship in the "most contested time for the league," shouldn't they have won other championships when it was less "contested"?

So Marsh never padded his stats?
http://goallineblitz.com/game/player_game_log.pl?season=7&player_id=78572
Marsh was the beneficiary of two blow outs in game 4 and game 8. Leading the league in receptions for one season in a seven season career can hardly be called dominant... And how relevant is it to lead the league in receptions? If a wide receiver catches 200 screen passes, should he be considered dominant? When was the last time receptions took precedence over receiving yards and touchdowns? You can say that Eggleston "padded" his stats, but unless there is evidence that you were benched in blow out games that doesn't put Marsh at a disadvantage.

One championship with Halifax and zero pertinent individual conference/league trophies does not equal being at the "top of the mountain." Sorry man.

Edit: Marsh did win the TD leader trophy in Season 3. Missed that, but I still stand by my opinion that he didn't "go out on top" especially considering that was four season ago.

ABY won the league 3 or 4 times in a row and it's all because Mike Rogers was on the team. When he left they sucked.

Games 4 and 8 were not gutted games, but games against teams that sucked at that time. Eggleston did pad his stats. He got throw to 20-30 times a game. Not to mention I've seen his build and it's just not very good. And if Marsh was in a normal 4 WR rotation where the other WRs returned kicks and punts then yeah he'd win the receiving titles as well but no I went to a team with a 6 man rotation and averaged 35 plays a game. Another thing that is probably the best stat that indicates how good a WR is 70% completion rating when throwing to Marsh.

Halifax won the championship in the toughest conference in all of GLB so yeah I am on top of the mountain.

Marsh did get 2 TDs in a victory on your team when he was on a 1-15 team and you guys won the conference championship.

If one TD trophy and one championship trophy in 7 full seasons of GLB football is "top of the mountain" in your book that's your call. Maybe I was thinking of Mt. Everest and you were thinking of Bunker Hill . Good luck this season.
