The awarding makes no since, if some guys got it for their high Fame score, and others who have 200 plus more fame than some of the guys who were awarded?...not sure how this is awarded but it seems like it is junked up...IMO

I personally think there should be three endorsements per position. Or even two endorsemens per position per conference. Advertisers generally have more than one person representing their company because tey know there are regional differences and advertising sawy a New England Patriots player in Dallas doesn't really go over well.
Then, if they do that, they can hand out the One endorsement based on who ha the best 'stats' for their position, and one to someoen at random based on fame earned. Rewards people who had a good season but get bupkiss and rewards someone at random so no one can whine about how stat whores get everything.

The irony in Greg complaining so much about the whiners and Bort giving into them and taking away his precious endorsement item, is he whines any chance he gets. This season, it was pancakes. He started up a whine thread because pancakes are over powered. Couple seasons back it was bonus tokens. He started a whine thread because his team lost due to (what he ASSUMED) was another team using bonus tokens against him.

The first will be exactly like it was run last night, only on the last day of the season after league championships sim. What this does is help promoted teams (more chances because of more fame earned from winning) do better in the new league and gives a random chance that an average or below average built player might play slightly better for one season. The gear doesn’t make or break a build/player just a little added bonus for doing well or being lucky. In Pro there are no promotions so rich get richer I suppose. Maybe cap pro teams to 5 deals per team on this run.
What this does?
1. Continue to reward players for winning and being promoted. That’s what it’s all about anyway.
2. Give a random chance for a not so great player to play better, help the team out.
3. Your still going to have a few really random/inactive guys get deals. There’s a low chance, just part of the system. Bort thinks that’s a problem then he can always have a minimum requirement to enter the lottery, based on league average fame, snaps, average stats by position etc.

They could still go to anyone on the roster; it’s up to the owner/gms to not fill the roster with level 1’s or inactives. What this does is give the owner/gms the feeling of a bit of control over who has a chance at deals.

I like this idea, Hik, but i think the endorsements need to be toned down a bit. Some of them I saw listed were ridiculous. +2 to 2 or 3 different priamry attributes, and then a +1 to every SA in a tree? That is like a 5-6 level bump if you needed all those SPs to push up those attributes.
They should be a little helpful, but not change the whole league because some guy who is level 50 is suddenly built like he is 56.

Well it was more like the NBA Lottery if they only gave the Champions and the 2 conference runner ups the ping pong balls.

Well it was more like the NBA Lottery if they only gave the Champions and the 2 conference runner ups the ping pong balls.
