I'm just glad we got 2 tough scrims to start the ssn, not that any teams would have been easy. As far as the reg ssn, what can you expect? We play all the East teams, just like every other ssn.

LOL OTR pulled MM as their first scrimmage game(I am OCing against a team I OC) and then pulled MEM for the first game, lady luck sure does love me. I GM a team in the East and in the inter conference game they pulled one of the Western teams I GM. LOL

I see Wolfpack hit 63 overall finally. Drew The Flying Elvis in the first week.

Las Vegas Gamblers are 63 overall also.

We're really a 60. I was just playing around with the depth chart to see if we could get to 63 if I removed certain players from the depth chart.

I'm well aware that scouting reports = garbage fictitious numbers of non-relevance, we were one of the highest "scouting report" teams last season. Lotta good it did us.

That being said, seems like a few people are underestimating the Gamblers because of our performance last season. I think we'll be better than we were last season, but only time will tell.

It's obviously a strange coincidence that God...err Bort paired BSB and Gridiron for the 1st scrimmage. Lot of familiar agents on both sides

2nd scrim is against K-zoo, which is yet again another strange coincidence considering those Season 3/Season 5 USAPL Championship games.

I think we have a better chance of the sun imploding this season than a CPL/USA matchup.

Really? So we barely slide up to USA Pro, and we're fisted in the ass with a MEM ooc match-up as a welcome gift? umm... thanks i guess?

It's all good, You'll know where you stand day 2 . You guys are solid and have a decent shot to beat anyone (except US).

BY THE WAY Where did the name come from

A lot of the original OTR members have ties to Cincinnati, and/or are Cincinnati Reds fans... I used to live there, but currently reside in Indy. I also recruited a bunch of these guys/referred them to GLB from a Cincinnati Reds message board called RedsZone...

So, when I decided to get a team, I wanted to keep it with a Cincinnati, and Reds theme... After some brutal brainstorming, I came up with Over The Rhine (worst neighborhood in Cinci) Red (reds reference) Dots... It flows, and covers a couple of different angles at the same time... Pretty much genius.
