It works but you need the personnel and or agents that will work with you. Last year 13 - 3

Absolutely it works, just need to build your front 7 differently from the ground up

i run the 3-4, i use a 6 lb rotation, 2 (big) NT rotation, and a 4cb rotation...keeps everyones energy up

Are there any pre-programmed plays for the 3-4 or you have to build them all yourself?
