I think BBB #2 top 8 teams could hold their own in almost any confernce in BBB and some A leagues or even AA leagues.

In the whole BBB #2 yeah maybe. I think this conversation is pointless because pretty much every BBB league i've seen has top teams that look almost the same across the board.
