It's not a bad VA, especially if you're a possession receiver. I think for most WRs it makes sense to pump speed and agility VAs to the max. If you're a possession guy, then perhaps look elsewhere...but speed is key for separation.

Once you max speed, it's hard to say. Depends a lot on your build, your team's tactics, and your personal preferences. I don't think Tenacious is a waste like slippery; it has a decent chance of working. It's just hard to say which VAs are the best after track and quick.

For instance, if I had a lot of head fake and juke, I'd probably put into quick feet. But I don't, so I won't.

YAC attack seems intriguing, but it's only going to help on one potential tackle, and with all the speed-jacked defenders out there, you're still not going to get very far even if you break the first one.

It does sort of give me a new perspective on the carrying stat though (the requirement for that VA)....

Still track star and quick first. But I think I'm going to try the YAC attack one after those 2 are maxed.

I dunno, a LOT of catches end up with just the CB tackling me and without him I'd be gone. Same for the rest of my teammates.

But I agree with the above, track star and quick first seem to be right.

Indeed, I noticed that too. carrying may be underrated in general for possession receivers.

The description says the VA only works for catches <7yards, so there's most likely a safety somewhere close. As already said, YAC does seem intriguing but it's definitely #4 or 5 on the list of good WR VA's. Imo of course.
