Lots of teams have had massive AI bugs all season (ours included), and most of the time people just suck it up and dont whine about it.

It was a championship game so I can understand you're pissed but that kind of shit has been happening all season. I guess it just bit your team at the worst possible time

He's right though...end of half timeouts are fucked. They don't work.

That end of the game FG unit thing might be legit, although it could probably be done. Remember it was 39 seconds when the ball was snapped though.

But look at our game earlier against HHW. BTW not saying at all this is why we lost, but look at the end of half timeouts:

We only used 2 TO. The play before the last took 3 seconds. I know Shonn broke more tackles on the last play, but no way it took 7 times the amount of time to finish than the previous play. Check out the replay if you don't believe me.

I agree that's a real tough way to lose Galk, and I'd be saying the exact same thing if I were in your shoes.

maybe its just a coincidence, but MN's missed timeout also happened with the clock was at 21 seconds:

There is a difference between an AI bug and a sim bug. This is not AI, I guarantee it.

Also, I knew the end of the first half timeouts were messed up, but that FG should have happened.

Funny, we lost a big game due to both types of timeout bugs this season.

Congrats bullets - east is 2-0 since I have been here.
I wondered about the lack of a fg attempt but I assumed it was out of range

We did not kick a FG at the end of our 3 point loss against the Monkeys either.

I ran the test to find out why we didn't kick the FG.

It said the "Special Situation" condition was not matched.

The Special Situation condition I picked was Within FG Range. The FG is set to kick at 38+17 yards. We were on the 29.5!

The game is flawed, sucks that it pops up in big situations sometimes.

Yeah, playoff SIM is just f'ed up!!! It goes around and bites everyone in the ass, you just have to wait for your turn to get lucky.

Regardless, that was a great game by the Bullets. They still had to make plays to win, congrats for winning the toughest league in GLB.

I think the West beat each other so much that we just get really worn out by the time we get to the Championship

I never use Within FG range for end of half and end of game FG's - probably why I've never had an issue with them.

I basically set the yardage to within 5 yards of what I think my max kickers range is and have two different settings, one for when my team has time outs remaining (I set it to 15 seconds in that instance) and one with no time outs remaining (set to 40 seconds then).

I wonder if it's the within FG range that is causing the problem?

There is no "+17" sir. The number you add there must already include those 17 yards, so you were attempting 38 yards field goals, or 21+17 if you preffer.

I never use Special Situations, the AI output says inside the Opponents 40.

I don't think anyone knows, and that includes Bort. The end of half timeouts are so random it's ridiculous. No one has any idea why sometime it gets called and sometime it doesn't. There are several times this season we left timeouts on the field while in field goal range, there are halves where timeouts are never called. I really hope this gets fixed this off season.
