You know, I really feel bad for the froggies, here we are finally at the top of our league, only one of us can win the championship in this, the last season before we get moved up and begin a new quest for a title in a higher league.
So after all this time and all the hard work, the frogs get nothing.
Oh well, it's a frogs life.

(ap wire) JANUARY 23, 2009 – The UBS Rough Riders held a press conference earlier this morning to announce that Friday January 30 will be “Biology Teacher’s Day” at Rough Rider Stadium. At the request of the club owner and president Mr. O.J. Sharkey, the season ticket holders have unanimously agreed to forgo their season tickets in honor of this special occasion. Tickets will be sold to only those persons who are able to produce verifiable Biology Teachers certifications.
During the press conference Mr. Sharkey stated, “We felt like it was a great way to give back to the community”. He went on to say “On January 30, the undefeated USB Rough Riders will be hosting a game with their arch nemesis the Blitzburg Musclefrogs also 11-0. The board of directors and I felt that filling the stadium with biology teachers could have a lasting effect on the “Frogs” thus taking them out of their game.”
In addition to tickets only being sold to biology teachers, scalpels, dissection trays and surgical masks will be given out at every gate leading into the stadium. Horncolio Industries, the leading manufacturer of dissection equipment, donated these free items.

rumor is superbowl officials moved their game back a week so it would be after the usb/ frogs game... knew their ratings would suffer if it was before this matchup as people would still be waiting for the annual usb/frog game
