thats not what im saying at all dude, i dont think we would be a number 2 seed at all in the west, there's a reason we are still recruiting heavily, the gm's (myself, mbinger and the other south otto staff) are very aware we have holes in this team that will make it hard to beat the deathdealers, or any of the top west teams but even if we were a "juggernaut" i've seen them fall myself, and have been on a team in this game that lost in the playoffs when the whole league thought we had no competition

I agree with the fact that this guy has no room to boast, but in the west you can't move up until you have guys in the 30's and 40's, even in the east you're going to need at least 30's.

Alright, here's my point, once again, for those of you who keep blowing it out of proportion:

We use an almost 95% pass offense, and as of yet, very few teams can stop us on an offensive drive, much less a game.

Yes, we've played cupcakes. But even cupcakes give you some indication of how good your team is. After all...cupcakes don't blowout out other cupcakes by 100, not usually.

So with our offenses production, combined with the fact that every defensive AI we've gone up against has been schemed against the pass (well...teams with active GM's) and we've still butchered them.

I'm not guarenteeing any type of championship, opposed to what many of you think. This isn't a "Punks = greatest eva" thread. This is a thread about how I have serious doubts that anyone will prevent our offense from putting up at the very least 30 points in a game. I don't see any defense strong enough to hold our offense in check. You may stop us once or twice, and you may outscore us, but stopping our offense for an entire game is an entirely different story

Did I make my point well enough this time?

If I turn out to be wrong, then I'll come back here and take the pounding I deserve, but I think that won't be necessary.

And don't get onto sethg, our owner, like he's been the one smacktalking. Its just me, so far.

You are right ... then again when you beat a team with 8 year olds who's trying to stop the pass ... it shows how good your team is ..... You should have said this ... Even in our loss we still threw for 400 yards

I have scouted Salt Lake extensively and your team has some issues .... I would suggest that your owner do a scrimmage with 1 or 2 teams to get a better idea before playing lynch ( would suggest a team that is atleast same overall matchup )

I'm sure he's a fine back, but going against a cupcake got him 1265 yards, 27.5 yds/carry and 26 touchdowns in one game. The next two games were Batavia and Lynchberg where he got a combined 24 yards, 1.2 yds/carry, and 0 TD's. Beating up on cupcakes tells you exactly one thing, that you're better than the cupcake. Trying to take anything more than that from those games is a bad idea.

I'm sure those cpu cornerbacks last game spent a lot of time scheming against your offense, or the level 21's the game before, or the cpu's again the game before that. I seriously doubt anyone has done any type of gameplanning against you other than 'maybe' jacking up the pass defense % on the basic AI. If you think that's scheming, then I really do feel sorry for you when you end up facing a good team.

The highest level cornerback you've faced (other than Seattle who you lost to) is now a level 26, probably a couple levels higher than when you played. At least 50-60% have been cpu players. Let me repeat that again so we're clear, other than Seattle, you haven't faced a real defense yet.

I get your point, in summation, you're not saying you're good, you're saying you can rack up all kinds of yards against cpus and cupcakes. When you do get beat you think you'll score at least 30. Ok, I can live with that, maybe you're right, who knows, but if you score less than 30 in a game the rest of the season we expect you to post apologizing to all of us for wasting our time.

Yes boom boom has been Short on rushing yards But look at his recieving numbers as well.....And yes salt lake does have the Best QB in the conferance right now...But see he has 16 levels on me and I am throwing Great numbers too...And our team has low chemistry right now cause most of us are here for our very first year and look how good we are doing.....I am so looking forward to playing salt lake today cause I think if we play at the top of our game we are going to give them a run for their money

ummm, thats only possible if you have the stadium at the point to support that kind of payroll, to be at that point you've been down here for a while, in other words your team has been horrible for a long time till you got to the point you could be the yankees and just buy a championship, so much easier than being competitive I suppose. You get nothing but sympathy from me for having been so bad for so long to get to the point where you can simply pay cash to dominate. Once you win something this way and move up to where you belong with teams of equal strength, then come brag about your stats IF, and thats a BIG IF, you accomplish anything of merit at that point. For now its like, so what? Obviously you can dominate teams just getting started.... its like being the class bully in 3rd grade when youve been held back for 5 yrs.... doesn't prove a thing. Has not a thing to do with "signing good players" has everything to do with having a stadium big enough after a few seasons down here to have the cash to buy what you want. The rest of us have to be realistic and stay within our means. So good luck with it all, just please, stop beating your chest and pronouncing your greatness cause of really ridiculous stats that are generated simply cause you have lvl 40's going up against lvl 19's.

not really, just 1. I'm not sure who you're talking to really, I don't think I've been bragging, and I've already addressed the reason Fresno was here at the beginning of the season. If given a cchoice I'd rather have competitive games every other day, but unfortunately Bort doesn't let us pick the league we're in so here we are. I'm hoping Fresno is just putting our time in and will be moving up, but we still have games to play to make that happen. There's no reason for you to stop posting though, active boards are usually fun boards.
