I have a lot more success than you with 50 catching. Your guys suck.

Caught 92% of my targets today (3 passes were deflected, but I still caught 2 of them) with catching at 53.5. The days of getting by with just softcapped catching are over, but 50 catching is farrrr from being benched.

Yeah, every since Bort put my guy in the test realm with your mom he has been too tired to play football and his stats have declined as a result. Maybe he should get his stamina up or the team could bring in another WR to double team her?

You came in here asking for advice, I gave it to you. Don't bitch about me to make yourself feel better because you can't handle the truth- your catching is fucking terrible if it is at 50 and you're level 42. Also, I wouldn't make the statement that you have a lot more success when your statistics show you can't even crack the top 10 in your league, call me when you can get 16 TDs, 1,000 yards and 20 YPC in a season, all very modest averages for a WR, none of which yours has ever met.

Haha easily offended I see. I was looking for constructive advice, not just worthless criticism from a guy who's WR clearly isn't very good. For the rest of you like Jake who gave good advice, thank you.

No, not easily offended, just tired of dipshits on the forums who know nothing, come to the forums seeking advice and then all of a sudden think they are an expert on the subject matter they just asked about which entitles them to critique another persons build. So how did you go from uninformed WR builder to genius so quickly?

Are you stupid or just slow? I can't help, but think a bit of both when someone criticizes someone elses WR who has put up significantly better seasons than their own.

last season 50 catching was was fine at any level. much more than that and your build was probably lacking in other areas. this season is different. A decent nuber is probably around 55-60 recommended

Life lesson-Just because you're giving advice doesn't mean your capable of talking down to the person asking. Everyone here is equal in asking and giving advice. Asking a question does not make someone ignorant, or worthy of someone acting superior to them. We're exchanging information in this instance, me asking a question does not make me an "uninformed builder" lol.

Life lesson- Quit being a little bitch IMHO. Please show me where I was "talking down" to you. Seems to me like it started AFTER you decided to "talk down" by individually targeting me with a baseless attack of "Your guys suck."

I don't currently have a WR over level 9 and I know that 50 catching is pathetic. Doesn't take a "productive WR" - which is an idiotic term in the first place considering if your team doesn't want to throw you, you don't get shit - to know what stats are required to catch the ball.

My WR's catching is sitting at 53.54 right now; that's the highest of any receiver on his team. That team has one of the top passing attacks in a pass happy league. And it's not like it's a crap league. 50 catching isn't nearly as big a deal as some of you make it out to be.

Catching does need to be pushed up to 60 eventually, but unless you're building a possession guy, you have more important things to worry about.

2 seasons in a row with 2500+ yards, 23+ ypc and 30+ TDs (and easily on pace to do about the same or better again this season) with 51 or less in catching. I'm just offering evidence and not arguing either way.

Yeah that was season 5 & 6, but what is your catching at now? Season 7 had massive catching changes. I had 29 TDs last season with 33 catching, this season with catching at the softcap I'm lucky if I can catch a ball. 50 used to be more than adequate, with the catching changes it is no longer true.
