I think BC is on the same page as you -- what he is saying is that the game shifts so drastically from season to season, just when you think you've adapted to something, its changed to something new and you have to try and readjust your build to the new requirements...at these levels, that can't be done very efficiently, even with loads of money to move equipment around.
