Well, these are the power rankings. Not based on record, but roster strength, team chemistry etc. If the teams met on a neutral field, how I, one biased owner, thinks the outcome would be. That's the reason behind the power rankings, to help assess how teams are during an unbalanced schedule. The power rankings only help early as the season. After teams begin to play each other, the power rankings begin to reflect the league standings.
Although Sin City is an impressive 3-0, I feel that Indy would beat Sin City if the game were played today. Guess we'll have to wait 10 more games to see!

Good reasoning.
Just with being ranked 8 last week and a win I would have thought 6 and 7 playing each other there would have been some movement. Was just a prime spot and week for movement.
I agree the schedule gets tougher for Sin City the next few weeks. We shall see
