I've told him to find a team willing to trade minimal cash for him and it'll be done. He got impatient while I was at work and started running his mouth off about stuff he has no idea about so pretty much he can sit on my team on my bench until he finds a new team. I won't lie I'm an a-hole and he ticked me off.

Massacre's in a bad position, left there by their previous owner. How do you build a competitive team when your players don't want to play for you? Wait to get relegated next season? Release the few assets the team actually has? I sympathize that everyone wants to play on a contender, but at some point, reality sets in.

A team can't give up its best players for nothing just because they have a losing record. It's not practical. In fact, the worse shape a team's roster is in, the less they can afford to let people go for nothing.

That being said, the team does need to make sure all its players get snaps - stopping player development isn't a path to improvement, either.

Yea please cut me and the others that have asked you to be cuy we didnt know you were going to fuck us... everyone starts low yea im a level two but ive only been here 3weeks and when i signed on you said id be a starter and that you were rebuilding you didnt say you were going to tank the whole season or more...

I am rebuilding and you did start. It's not about your level. It's about your stamina. A level 1 completed 30+ plays whereas you could only complete 7 before your energy(stamina) was depleted. I'm not tanking the season and I am rebuilding. You asked to be traded therefore you will be traded (granted I wont get much). I'd suggest for your new owner you get your stamina up via equipment. Which you still haven't done like I asked you to do before the game.

Sounds like sour grapes from a subpar lineman who shouldn't be starting. If you don't prepare correctly, you're not going to play long.

In all honesty, this team needs a lot of work and will be losing a lot for now, but there is no reason to think it can't turn around. You just need players willing to stick it out.

If the ownership can't handle the team, perhaps they should consider selling. I know plenty of people, myself included, would love to get involved with owning a team(or even GMing).

Im with Kusig on this one. That player was totally out of line, his stamina was that low?? COME ON!

Not getting into the argument on if he should start or not. Fact is i enjoyed his post. It’s a hell of a lot better then. ME NOT GET ANOTH PLAYS TRADE ME DUDE!!! TEAM OWNER SUCKS.

Which we normally see. Fact is his post does not hurt the team he plays for as it is creatively written.

You say that I plan to lose. I don't plan to lose. I just know its going to happen, I'm a realist. 95% of the teams in our league are better than us. It's just a fact. I can't make level 10s sign to my team out of no where, the team does not have cash for that. The Cougars have sent us way more players than we sent them to help us get back on track. WE have gained more than we have given to the Cougars. I wouldn't consider us being a farm team. They helped us fill gaps and I appreciate them for it.

As for you saying we aren't trying why not read the posts on our forums about our game plan for last game. It didn't work but it was definitely thought out.

I am soo glad I got away from that team...

Shame there are other people still STUCK playing for him.

Owners like this are why we need a way for players who spend real money to have an out.

I will say one thing It did teach me a lesson about doing extra homework before I sign with a team... I'll never make that mistake again..

In the meantime I'll setup a fund for players stuck with bad owners so we can at least send them some clean sox or something...

you well you think you are... but you have had the team for 2 days and your already in over your head.. don't duck the blame learn from your mistakes

No one is stuck playing for me if they want off the team they know what to do. There is even a post about it on our forums.

Based on how your owned/GM teams are doing, you might be a little over your head at this time.

Have you looked at my team? Not a pro team. And the post was made on private team forums. It was taken out of context and with no follow-up information. There were posts following that indicated our intent to be transferred to a lower league where we could be competitive next season. (Ideally, not in the USA) If would like me to I can document that.

As for your inherit need to jump on the bandwagon, good luck against the Cougars today.
