Randy made it clear he was going to press for more promotions/demotions since October. He has been trying to get this done since the offseason of S5-6. Do not act like this was a huge surprise. It wasn't.
Also, Randy doesn't need to give anyone a choice. He doens't control your pm system, nor anyone else's. He made it clear what he was doing, and anyone else could have argued to Bort against it. Did you pm Bort or not?
