what other leagues are there? just want to make sure.

this way, no matter what, randy can be associated with the league that has the highest avg lvl. the lowest avg level too, so he can manage those league(s)

it should probably just be Randy Pro, dont want to blemish his name with prefixes that don't fully grasp his awesomeness.
